The key difference between PXP Forte and PXP Royale is the rice used:

PXP Forte is made from three strains of rice that provide maximum amounts of beta glycans which been changed to alpha glycans through alpha glycanology (nanonization). Their small size allows them free access to the mitochondria. making them the choice when one is seeking maximum healing power.
Recommended consumption for PXP Forte and Royale: 2 to 20 grams per day depending on health, size and purpose. (A teaspoon is approximately 5 grams.)
Maintenance adult use recommended as 5 to 10 grams (or 1 to 2 teaspoons) per day.
